Rye Croft is a massive three-storey house in Willaston, Cheshire that sleeps up to 16 people. This spacious property sits in a fantastic location with easy access to Chester (11 miles), Liverpool (16.5 miles) and North Wales beaches. Perfect for large family gatherings or that weekend when you need to escape with all your mates. The place is huge – seriously, previous guests said the photos don't do it justice!

The enormous enclosed garden is a proper playground for adults and kids alike. Previous guests have held sports days and rounders games here! There's even a swing set and trampoline for the little ones. The garden's hot tub is a major highlight – nothing beats sinking into those bubbles after a day exploring the area. Just don't drink too much prosecco or you'll never make it up all three floors to bed!

Accommodation includes one king-size bedroom with Smart TV and en-suite, another king-size, two doubles (one with en-suite), a single and two family rooms on the second floor. The house features a cinema room with a massive 75-inch TV, an open-plan living space and a fully-equipped kitchen with double oven and wine fridge – because priorities!

Nearby attractions include Chester's historic city walls and cathedral (25-minute drive), Liverpool's waterfront and museums (35 minutes), Neston's market town (just 2.6 miles away) and beautiful North Wales beaches for day trips. Off-road parking for five cars means everyone can bring their own wheels.
